Tetra Pak in Hochheim, Germany is seeking highly motivated newly graduates to join its Future Talent Program as a Services Sales Specialist. This 18-month traineeship combines development, trainings, and job rotations within a permanent role in the Hochheim site and the broader Tetra Pak organization.

You will gain experience in managing customer relationships, diagnosing needs, creating value-based proposals, negotiating, and driving growth of service contracts within a multinational setting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent (Graduated 2025-2026)
• Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken
• Dynamic person able to build relations with stakeholders from different cultures
• Analytical skills with a business orientation
• Previous international studies/experience is an advantage

Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position at our site in Hochheim. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Hochheim, Germany.

What You Will Do

• Learn how to manage customer relationships from a services perspective

• You have a bachelor's or master's Degree in field of Engineering, Business administration or equivalent (Graduated 2025-2026)

• You are a dynamic person able to build successful relations with stakeholders from different cultures
• You have analytical skills but also business oriented
• Previous international studies/experience are considered an advantage
