Requirements

• Must be available to work a full-time schedule
• Expected continued enrollment in an accredited college or university following the internship program / co-op
• Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship program
• Must be available to accept and commit to future full-time employment by July 2028, if offered
• Must be 18 years or older
• Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Currently enrolled in an MBA, Master’s, PharmD, or Ph.D. program and completed the first year before the internship starts
• Preferred: completing the first year of a Master’s program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Preferred: 1 or more years relevant work experience
• Preferred: biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or health care industry experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong project management, analytical, and quantitative skills
• Proficient in one coding language: Python, Java, Scala, or SQL
• Coursework in relevant business systems, software development, database, web, IT management, cloud, B2B collaboration, ERP, or CRM areas
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of the program
• Sponsorship for future FTE roles is not guaranteed
