• Fundierte Kenntnisse in SQL, ETL-Tools, Datenstrukturen/Datenmodelle im Finanzkontext.
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise bei Schnittstellenmanagement und Prozessoptimierung.
• Interesse an Transformationsprojekten, idealerweise S/4HANA, Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit.

Aufgaben

• Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Systemlandschaft für Controlling, Investor Relations und Corporate Governance im S/4HANA-Transformationskontext.
• Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Standardisierung end-to-end Prozesse sowie Schnittstellen zwischen Controlling und IT.
• Pflege von Datenmodellen, Schnittstellen und Plattform-Lösungen in Controlling; Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern und Partnern.
• Sammlung, Bewertung und Umsetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern.
• Analyse komplexer Fehlermuster und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen; Support auf 2./3. Level.
• Übernahme von Verantwortlichkeiten in Projekten, Koordination externer Partner und Aufbau des Controlling Solutions-Teams.

Functional Consultant Controlling Solutions (f/m/x)

The Controlling Solutions team shapes and drives the system landscape for Controlling, Investor Relations and Corporate Governance processes across the Douglas Group, playing a key role in the ongoing S/4HANA transformation.

We are looking for you as Functional Consultant Controlling Solutions (f/m/x), someone who is passionate about digitalising, automating and standardising end-to-end processes. This role plays a significant part in ensuring efficient interfaces between Controlling and IT and in shaping the future of our system landscape. Are you keen to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and to analyse complex error patterns with a structured approach? TASKS WITH IMPACT

• You shape and further develop the system landscape for Controlling, Investor Relations and Corporate Governance processes across the Douglas Group as part of the S/4HANA transformation
• Digitalising, automating and standardising end-to-end processes is central to your role, ensuring efficient interfaces between Controlling and IT
• Maintaining and further developing data models, interfaces and platform solutions within Controlling, Investor Relations and Corporate Governance falls under your responsibility
• Together with internal stakeholders and external partners, you gather, assess and implement business requirements
• Analysing complex error patterns and developing sustainable solutions form part of your day-to-day work, alongside support within second- and third-level support
• In projects, you take on responsibility, coordinate external partners and actively support the development of the Controlling Solutions team
• After successful onboarding, you take on the deputy team lead role and support the professional management of the team

YOUR SKILLS

• You hold a successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
• Several years of IT experience in the field of group controlling and reporting systems are an advantage
• Solid knowledge of SQL, programming and ETL tools, along with a good understanding of data structures and data models in a finance context, complete your profile
• When it comes to interface management as well as the analysis and optimisation of business processes, you take a structured and solution-oriented approach
• Transformation projects, particularly in an S/4HANA context, spark your interest, and you enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams
• Initial experience in the professional leadership of employees, or the motivation to take on leadership responsibility over time, is welcome
• You communicate confidently in both German and English, written and spoken
