What you can expect

You will be part of one of our three client teams, which currently consists of 33 employees. In this position, you will work closely with all departments of our agency (Strategy, Online Marketing, Creation and Account Management) to manage our broad B2B/B2C client portfolio

Your tasks

• You develop new or existing customized web projects, both in the backend and frontend
• You enrich our agency standards, our tech stacks (e.g. Symfony, Laravel, Vue.js or Nuxt.js) and our workflows
• You continuously improve our digital products, which are used by thousands of users internationally every day
• You develop our new and existing customer projects technically
• You are interested in professional exchange with your colleagues

Your profile

• Degree in computer science/multimedia or comparable training, but also experienced career changers
• At least five years of demonstrable experience in full-stack development
• Strong skills in both backend (PHP, Symfony/Laravel, Node.js) and frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong knowledge of the most important frontend technologies, such as Webpack/Vite, Sass, Vue.js or React and Nuxt.js or Next.js
• Ideally experience in content management platforms such as Pimcore, WordPress, Kirby or comparable systems, ideally in a headless setup
• Experience in connecting external systems and integrating various services both in the backend and frontend
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL)
• Experience with Git version management
• High quality standards and a structured, goal-oriented, independent way of working
• Cross-technology approach with a view of the big picture as a full-stack developer
• Very good teamwork skills and initiative
