Job summary

Viewlicity in Hamburg is seeking a motivated Fullstack / Backend Software Engineer (.NET) to join our software development team.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using C# and .NET, and build clean REST APIs for our AR/MR sports technology products. The role offers collaboration with an international team and opportunities to work with Azure, EF Core, and SQL Server.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field– or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET development.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and relational database concepts.
• Practical experience with EntityFramework and/or Entity Framework Core.
• Good understanding of REST API design, backend architecture, and server-side application development.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts, ideally including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
• Proficiency in English (German is a plus but not required).
• Experience working with cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and software deployment.
• Experience with Unity or other client-side technologies.
• Experience with sports technology, AR/MR, or real-time applications.
• A knowledge of and interest in golf.

• Work closely with the rest of the development team to turn product requirements into practical technical solutions
