Zusammenfassung

Personio sucht zur Verstärkung des Entwickler-Teams im Bereich unserer Video-Plattform-Entwicklung / Sportanalyse einen erfahrenen Backend-Entwickler. Du gestaltest leistungsstarke, skalierbare Backend-Lösungen. Du hast ein Informatikstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, Erfahrung in der Computer Vision mit C++ und Kenntnisse in ML-Methoden.

OpenCV, CUDA oder PyTorch sind vorteilhaft. Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

Qualifikationen

• Abschluss in Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung in Computer Vision mit C++.
• Erfahrung in Anwendung von ML-Techniken.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Entwickler-Teams bei Video-Plattform-Entwicklung und Sportanalyse.
• Entwurf und Implementierung komplexer, leistungsstarker Backend-Lösungen.
• Dokumentation von Code und Prozessen; Sicherstellung der Code-Qualität gem. Richtlinien.

Deine Aufgaben

• Reinforcement of the developer team in the area of our video platform development / sports analytics
• Design and implementation of innovative, complex, powerful and scalable backend solutions.
• Support product development in all phases (architecture, technical design, implementation, testing and integration, maintenance and support).
• Documenting code and processes.
• Ensure code quality in accordance with our coding guidelines.
• Actively participate in the development process and contribute your own creativity.

Dein Profil

• Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in computer vision development with C++
• Experience in the application of machine learning techniques
• Knowledge of runtime optimisation, Cuda, OpenCV and/or PyTorch is a plus
• Experience in desktop application development with C++, C#, or Java is considered an advantage.
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking
• The ability to empathise with customers
• Communication skills, team orientated thinking, problem solving skills are desirable
• Very good written and spoken English skills
