Job summary

Sportec Solutions AG in Aachen sucht eine erfahrene Backend-Entwicklerin bzw. einen Backend-Entwickler zur Verstärkung des Teams im Bereich Video-Plattformentwicklung und Sport-Analytics.

Sie entwerfen und implementieren skalierbare Backend-Lösungen, unterstützen alle Phasen der Produktentwicklung und sichern Code-Qualität gemäß unseren Richtlinien. Ihre Ideen bringen Sie aktiv ein und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung maßgeblich mit.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung in der Computer-Vision-Entwicklung mit C++.
• Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Machine-Learning-Techniken.
• Kenntnisse in CUDA, OpenCV und/oder PyTorch von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung in der Desktop-Anwendungsentwicklung mit C++, C# oder Java.
• Ausgeprägtes konzeptionelles und analytisches Denken.
• Empathie gegenüber Kunden.
• Kommunikations-, Team- und Problemlösungskompetenz wünschenswert.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Verstärkung des Entwickler-Teams im Bereich Video-Plattform-Entwicklung / Sports Analytics.
• Entwurf und Implementierung innovativer, komplexer, leistungsfähiger und skalierbarer Backend-Lösungen.
• Unterstützung der Produktentwicklung in allen Phasen (Architektur, Design, Implementierung, Testing, Integration, Wartung, Support).
• Dokumentation von Code und Prozessen.
• Sicherstellung der Code-Qualität gemäß unseren Richtlinien.
• Aktive Mitgestaltung im Entwicklungsprozess mit eigener Kreativität.

Deine Aufgaben

• Reinforcement of the developer team in the area of our video platform development / sports analytics
• Design and implementation of innovative, complex, powerful and scalable backend solutions.
• Support product development in all phases (architecture, technical design, implementation, testing and integration, maintenance and support).
• Documenting code and processes.
• Ensure code quality in accordance with our coding guidelines.
• Actively participate in the development process and contribute your own creativity.

Dein Profil

• Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in computer vision development with C++
• Experience in the application of machine learning techniques
• Knowledge of runtime optimisation, Cuda, OpenCV and/or PyTorch is a plus
• Experience in desktop application development with C++, C#, or Java is considered an advantage.
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking
• The ability to empathise with customers
• Communication skills, team orientated thinking, problem solving skills are desirable
• Very good written and spoken English skills
