G02 United Parcel Service Deutschland S.a r.l. & Co. OHG in Spich (NRW) sucht eine Vollzeitkraft für die Abteilung Capacity Management Center (CMC) Tagschicht.

Die Anstellung ist zunächst befristet und richtet sich an motivierte Fachkräfte, die national und international agieren. Zu den Aufgaben gehören Kommunikation mit Partnern, Kapazitätsmanagement, Planung von Frachtsendungen, Tracking und Koordination von Transits.

Qualifikationen

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung als Grundlage für Abwicklung und Kommunikation.
• Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich.
• Erfahrung mit UPS-Systemen und MS Office von Vorteil.
• Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit für Schichtbetrieb.

Aufgaben

• Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Partnern.
• Kapazitätsmanagement unter Berücksichtigung verschiedener Faktoren.
• Annahme und Planung von Frachtsendungen sowie Tracking und Tracing.
• Koordination von Transitsendungen; Organisation von Kühlmöglichkeiten.
• Besprechung vergebener Kontingente und Verfügbarkeit in TK-Konferenzen.
• Eingabe von Exportverfahren in zolltechnische Systeme; Bestätigung der Warenausfuhr.

Job Description:

Für die Position eines Vollzeitangestellten (m/w/d) in der Abteilung CMC (Capacity Management Center) Tagschicht am Standort Spich II zum nächst möglichen Termin. Zunächst zur Erprobung befristet.

• Tätigkeit Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Partnern (z.B. Cargo Agenten, UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Cargo Sales Team sowie weiteren in- und externen Kunden)
• Kapazitätsmanagement unter Berücksichtigung verschiedener Faktoren auf den einzelnen Fluglinien
• Annahme und Planung von Frachtsendungen sowie Tracking und Tracing
• Koordination von Transitsendungen sowie Organisation von Kühlmöglichkeiten (bei Bedarf)
• Besprechung vergebener Kontingente und verfügbarer Kapazitäten in täglichen Telefonkonferenzen
• Eingabe von Exportversandverfahren in zolltechnische Systeme sowie Bestätigung der Warenausfuhr

Voraussetzungen:

• Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise Speditionskaufmann/frau (m/w/d)
• Abgeschlossenes Studium von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse der UPS Cargo Operation von Vorteil
• Gute Englisch- sowie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit UPS Online Systemen (Compass, SmartKargo, AAMS) von Vorteil
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Windows und Microsoft Office Systemen
• Teamgeist, Loyalität, Lernfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Einsatz- und Kontaktfreude
• Bereitschaft zum Schicht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienst

Arbeitszeit Montag bis Sonntag (39 Std./Woche) gemäß Einsatzplan

Verdienst nach Absprache und Qualifikation gemäß Gehaltsgruppe III
