The Social Hub in Berlin seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations, guiding the team and welcoming guests with warmth. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other teams to ensure smooth service and flawless guest experiences.

With 1–3 years of front office supervisory experience, you’ll bring hospitality know-how, strong people skills, and a proactive mindset. Fluent English and German are preferred; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience as a front office supervisor or similar hospitality role.
• Deep understanding of hospitality operations and guest service excellence.
• Confident, warm personality with strong people skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solve problems on the spot.
• Enjoy guiding others and lifting the team.
• Comfortable with modern hotel systems and eager to learn new tools.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.

• You bring confidence, warmth, and strong people skills
• You're quick on your feet and great at solving problems in the moment
• You enjoy guiding others and lifting your team
• You're comfortable with modern hotel systems and curious to learn new tools
• You're fluent in English and German; more languages are a big plus
