In this role, you’ll guide our Front Office Hosts, jump into the action when needed, and make every arrival feel like a warm welcome home. You keep things moving, spot what needs attention, and lift the team with your energy and support. You’ll bring people together across departments and help create moments guests remember. What You’ll Have

• You have 1-3 years of experience as a front office supervisor or a similar hospitality role
• You know the ins and outs of hospitality and are ready to take it to the next level.
• You bring confidence, warmth, and strong people skills
• You’re quick on your feet and great at solving problems in the moment
• You bring a calm, steady presence during busy moments
• You enjoy guiding others and lifting your team
• You’re comfortable with modern hotel systems and curious to learn new tools
• You’re fluent in English and German; more languages are a big plus
