The Social Hub is seeking an F&B Manager to lead outlets across restaurant, bar, cafe, and events. You will partner with the Head Chef to synchronize service and kitchen operations while building a motivated team and maintaining budget discipline.

You’ll balance creativity with operational excellence, coaching high-performing teams and delivering memorable guest experiences. Fluency in English and German is required, with a passion for hospitality.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of experience leading multi-outlet F&B operations in a high-volume setting.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant, bar, and event teams with a collaborative, guest-focused approach.
• Strong financial acumen; budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership are second nature.
• A passion for hospitality, team development, and creating memorable experiences.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Emotional intelligence and resilience. You thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Experience using digital tools to streamline operations and enhance team performance.
