The Social Hub in Berlin is hiring a Kitchen Porter to keep our kitchen spotless, safe, and ready for action. No experience is required; we’ll teach you everything and welcome you into a friendly, multinational team.

You’ll support the kitchen by washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with stock and prep duties as needed. We offer training, a dynamic work environment, and employee discounts across properties.

Qualifikationen

• Keep tools and equipment organized to support efficient workflow.
• Follow hygiene and food-safety rules (HACCP).
• Handle cleaning materials safely and report hazards promptly.

What You’ll Do

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly
• Keep floors, surfaces, and bins clean following set routines
• Make sure all kitchen areas, including storage and prep spaces, stay spotless
• Help the kitchen team with basic tasks when needed – from unloading deliveries to organizing stock
• Keep kitchen tools and equipment where they belong to support an efficient workflow
• Follow hygiene and food safety rules like HACCP
• Handle cleaning materials and gear safely and responsibly
• Spot and report any issues or hazards right away

What You’ll Have
