HAGIUS in Berlin is seeking energetic hospitality-minded individuals for a Front-of-House role. You will be the first smiling face clients meet, welcome them, check them in, and help create a warm studio experience that reflects our wellness philosophy.

Qualifications

• Proven hospitality experience in hotel, luxury retail, high-end fitness or wellness.
• Exceptional customer service aimed at creating a welcoming environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and teammates.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced studio.
• Prior front-of-house or reception experience in wellness, fitness or hospitality preferred.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain records and support operations.
• Be ready to work in a young, diverse team with interesting clients.

Requirements

• Proven hospitality experience (hotel, luxury retail, high-end fitness or wellness).
• Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on creating a welcoming environment for all clients.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Previous experience in a front-of-house or reception role within the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and support the operational needs of the studio.
