Somana Health GmbH is seeking a receptionist to warmly welcome clients and manage day-to-day front desk operations at our health studio. You will coordinate appointments, respond to calls and emails, and support administrative tasks to keep the practice running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring experience at a medical facility front desk or hospitality, a friendly, service-oriented attitude, and strong organizational skills. Team spirit and reliability are essential in this role.

As the first point of contact at Somana, you're the face of our health studio. With your friendly and professional manner, you make sure our visitors feel welcome from the very first moment. You organize appointments, keep the reception area running smoothly, and support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. In doing so, you play a key role in creating a positive atmosphere for both clients and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

Warmly welcome and look after our clients, patients, and guests.

Independently plan, coordinate, and send reminders for appointments using our practice management software.

Handle phone and email inquiries and receive incoming mail.

Support administrative tasks: member management, prescription intake, billing preparation, and material ordering.

Organize small events or info days at the Health Club.

Work closely with our interdisciplinary team and support day-to-day operations.

Who This Job Is For

You bring experience at the front desk of a medical facility (e.g. a physiotherapy or medical practice, clinic, or health center) or in hospitality.

An open, service-oriented, and friendly manner.

A talent for organization, reliability, and a good sense for how processes run smoothly.

Team spirit and a positive presence.

Enthusiasm for health, wellbeing, and Somana's mission.

Experience as a receptionist at a physiotherapy practice is a plus (especially experience with Theorg, Doctolib, or other practice management software).
