Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated player-support specialist to assist gamers in English and Chinese (Simplified & Traditional). You will handle tickets, chats, and emails, resolve account and gameplay questions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve player satisfaction.

Strong empathy, problem-solving, and a passion for online games are essential. Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required to join a supportive and confidential service team.

Qualifikationen
