Sandbox Interactive, based in Berlin, is seeking a Freelance Support Agent for Albion Online to assist players in Chinese Simplified & Traditional. The role is remote, part-time, and requires empathy, effective communication, and technical troubleshooting across ticketing, chat, and email channels.

You will work with an international team, stay current with game updates, and help maintain a high level of player satisfaction while receiving international payments.

We're looking for proactive, empathetic, and tech-savvy individuals fluent in Chinese Simplified & Traditional to help players experience the best of our award-winning MMO across all platforms. Main Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and effective support to players via our ticketing platform, as well as potentially through chat and email

• Resolve technical, account, and gameplay queries with empathy and professionalism

• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough resolution

• Identify and report recurring player issues, suggesting improvements to enhance the player experience

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Albion Online and its systems, staying informed about game updates and community trends

• Deliver support in a clear, concise, and respectful manner, ensuring player confidentiality and satisfaction

Key Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese Simplified & Traditional

• Solid verbal and written English communication skills for effective internal collaboration and external communication

• Flexible availability to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends (remote/freelance)

• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and excellent problem-solving skills

• Comfortable using digital tools (ticketing platforms, spreadsheets, basic troubleshooting)

• Deep interest in online games and a genuine desire to help the player community
