Jobtailor is seeking a remote Portuguese-speaking player support specialist to help our gaming community. You will handle Calls for Help, resolve player issues, and stay updated on policy and gameplay changes while using ticketing and social media tools.

The role requires native Brazilian Portuguese, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask with minimal supervision. A passion for video games and knowledge of gaming social media are essential.
