Darwin Recruitment is seeking an experienced Freelance Social Media Manager to drive global LinkedIn marketing initiatives, content creation, and paid campaigns. You will collaborate with executives to craft thought leadership content and publish newsletters while delivering insightful performance reports.

The role covers analytics, editorial planning and coordination with international teams to ensure brand-aligned content across campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Proven hands-on experience managing LinkedIn channels and paid campaigns, ideally using LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong content creation, copywriting and editorial planning skills.
• Experience supporting senior executives and developing thought leadership content.
• Strong analytical skills, including Excel-based reporting and campaign optimisation.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Excellent written English and experience working with international stakeholders.
