About the Role

Are you passionate about crafting engaging content and building vibrant online communities? We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to step in for a maternity cover. In this role, you’ll take the lead in shaping and executing our social media strategies, ensuring the brand remains innovative and connected with its audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement dynamic social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter to drive engagement and reach.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimize campaigns and content strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including PR and design, to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Manage community interactions, respond to comments/messages, and foster an active and positive online presence.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate innovative approaches to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience managing social media platforms, preferably in a B2B or similar context.
  • Native-level German proficiency (essential) and fluency in English.
  • Proven ability to use analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or platform-native tools) to measure and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional content creation and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail.
