iO Associates is seeking an experienced Freelance SAP BTP / ABAP Developer to work remotely across Europe. The role combines traditional ABAP expertise with cloud-native SAP BTP extensions, integrations, and modern development practices.

The consultant will stay hands-on and deliver on SAP BTP projects with an English-speaking team. The ideal candidate brings ABAP OO, ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS views, and experience with CAP, SAPUI5/Fiori, OData/REST APIs, and CPI/SAP Integration Suite.

Qualifications

• Strong ABAP background with recent SAP BTP delivery experience.
• Experience with cloud-native SAP BTP architectures and modern extensions.
• Ability to work hands-on across backend ABAP and cloud components.

I'm supporting a German SAP consultancy looking for an experienced SAP BTP Developer with strong hands-on ABAP knowledge.

The project operates in English, so German language skills are not required.

This is a modern development role combining traditional SAP backend expertise with cloud applications, integrations and clean-core extensions on SAP BTP.
