Catwalks in Berlin is seeking a passionate Fragrance Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience at its premium boutique. You will welcome clients, provide expert fragrance consultations and tell the Maison's heritage through storytelling to connect with every guest.

You will aim to meet individual and boutique sales targets, build lasting client relationships, support events, and maintain pristine visual merchandising.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in luxury retail or premium customer service.
• Fluent English; German is valued.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work 40 hours/week including weekends and holidays.
• Legal right to work in Germany.

Aufgaben

• Deliver luxury in-store client experience and fragrance consultations.
• Share the Maison's heritage and storytelling to guests.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to KPIs (conversion, AVT, units per transaction).
• Maintain boutique presentation, stock replenishment and cash-handling procedures.

As part of its continued international expansion, the Maison is looking for a passionate and client-focused Fragrance Sales Assistant to join its Berlin boutique and deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience.

Your Role

Client Experience & Sales

• Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm, creating a personalised and memorable in-store experience.
• Deliver expert fragrance consultations by understanding each client's preferences, lifestyle and needs.
• Share the Maison's heritage, craftsmanship and olfactory universe through engaging storytelling.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives while contributing to key performance indicators, including conversion rate, average transaction value and units per transaction.
• Maximise sales opportunities through cross-selling, fragrance layering and personalised product recommendations.
• Handle client enquiries, exchanges and after-sales requests with discretion and exceptional attention to detail.

Clienteling & Relationship Building

• Build long-term relationships with clients through personalised follow-up and exceptional service.
• Capture and maintain accurate client information to support future clienteling initiatives.
• Encourage client loyalty by delivering a consistently elevated luxury experience.
• Support boutique events, product launches and local activations to strengthen client engagement and brand awareness.

Retail Operations

• Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation, visual merchandising and product display.
• Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment, inventory management and stock accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures relating to cash handling, security and daily boutique operations.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming boutique environment at all times.

Brand Ambassador & Team Collaboration

• Represent the Maison with professionalism, elegance and authenticity in every client interaction.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Maison's collections, ingredients, perfumers and brand story.
• Work collaboratively with the boutique team to achieve shared objectives and create a positive working environment.
• Actively participate in training sessions to continuously develop product knowledge and luxury retail expertise.

Who You Are

• You have previous experience within luxury retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion or another premium customer-focused environment.
• You are passionate about fine fragrance, luxury service and creating memorable client experiences.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine relationships with clients.
• You have a strong commercial mindset and enjoy working towards individual and team sales targets.
• You are proactive, organised and attentive to detail.
• You thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment and enjoy working collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent English is essential; German proficiency is highly valued due to the local clientele.
• Additional languages are considered an advantage in Berlin’s international retail environment.
• You are flexible to work 40 hours per week, including weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.
• You have the legal right to work in Germany.
