Skills Alliance is seeking a seasoned Creative Perfumer to develop innovative fragrances for leading consumer brands. You will translate briefs, market insights, and trends into compelling concepts while optimizing formulations for olfactive and commercial success.

You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Evaluation, Application, Marketing and Regulatory teams and present concepts to customers at international meetings, travelling as required.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience as a Creative Perfumer.
• A proven track record of commercially successful fragrance creations in consumer fragrance categories.
• Broad cross-category expertise with strong creative and technical capabilities.
• An entrepreneurial, customer-focused approach and experience with international customers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
