LOEWE Perfumes invites an experienced Beauty Consultant to join the Munich counter at Ludwig Beck, starting October 1, 2026. You will promote and sell LOEWE products, uphold brand standards, and deliver a premium client experience.

This role requires strong product knowledge, luxury retail experience, and a passion for service excellence. Fluent German and English are required; Spanish or French are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• German and English proficiency required; Spanish and/or French valuable.
• 5+ years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally luxury, beauty, or fashion.
• Experience working with sales objectives and targets.

• Oversee day-to-day counter operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales and profitability by meeting counter targets and managing inventory and visual merchandising.
• Monitor stock levels and report issues to ensure product availability.
• Enforce company policies to maintain a consistent brand experience.
• Maintain a well‑kept, inviting counter space and visuals.
• Foster an omnichannel mindset to maximise client satisfaction across channels.
• Follow up on counter sales targets and complete administrative tasks.
• Lead recruitment of promoters and temporary staff as needed.

You will be expected to serve as LOEWE Perfumes´ ambassador by promoting and selling the brand´s products, following the brand guidelines and business objectives in this market.

Job responsabilities

• Act as a key partner in implementing organized specific sales strategies for the counter, aligned with overarching business objectives.
• Ensure the highest level of client experience is consistently provided, creating a memorable and personalized experience for every client.
• Build network and understanding of the environment, monitor competitors to identify potential opportunities
• Coordinate schedules and planning to ensure the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives.
• Oversee day today operations of the counter, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Drive sales performance and profitability by setting and achieving counter sales targets, optimizing store layout, and effectively managing inventory and visual merchandising.
• Monitor stock levels and report any issues to ensure the enough products / items in the store.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a consistent brand experience.
• Ensure the counter is well maintained, clean, and organized to create an inviting and visually appealing environment for clients.
• Build omnichannel mindset and drive related KPIs in order to maximize opportunities and increase client satisfaction across all business channels
• Follow-up of the sales targets of the stand.
• Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
• Leading the recruitment of promoters, substitutions (summer, Christmas, or holiday), or newly created positions.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Advanced German and English. Spanish and/or French valuable.
• 5+ years of previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in the luxury, beauty, or fashion environment.
• Previous experience working with sales objectives.
