eBay in Berlin is seeking an FP&A Business Analyst to join a cross-functional, data-driven team. This role focuses on performance analysis, revenue forecasting, and turning data insights into actionable strategies that support ambitious business objectives.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Product, and Engineering to deliver timely analyses, develop forecasts, and automate reporting workflows, leveraging AI where appropriate.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience applying data analytics to solve complex business problems.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL; proficiency in Python preferred; advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience in forecasting and financial modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and perform deep-dive analyses to uncover insights and trends.
• Demonstrated experience presenting to senior leadership groups and collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Experience building automated workflows, data pipelines, and scalable reporting systems.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to translate analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with strong ownership and a structured problem-solving approach.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.

• Collaborate with partners across Marketing, Risk, Product, and Engineering to align initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Find opportunities to use modern technologies, including AI and advanced analytics, to improve reporting, efficiency, and decision-making.
