The Germany Stores Finance team sits at the heart of Amazon's EU commercial strategy. In this role, you'll act as a key finance partner to DE senior management — owning topline planning, weekly and monthly performance reporting, and forward-looking forecasting across FBA, MFN, and marketplace channels. Your analysis will feed directly into decisions on growth initiatives, deal strategy, and competitive positioning. You'll build and maintain automated auditing and forecasting tools (including AI-driven solutions), lead financial reviews across a broader EU Marketplace Finance community, and drive continuous improvement in how the team tracks, explains, and influences topline performance. This is a role with direct line of sight between your output and the strategic direction of one of the most commercially consequential businesses within Amazon's European operations — with real scope to grow your EU footprint over time. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results, or experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)
• Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses, or experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
• Experience using complex modeling and analysis to inform key business decisions
• Experience in commercial finance business partnering or FP&A (at multinational organisation.)
• English B2+ language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of Tableau
• Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
