AutoScout24 Group is looking for a Finance professional to support monthly reporting, KPI analyses, forecasting, budgeting and business planning. You will partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights and help steer decision-making in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a similar finance role.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with PowerQuery/PowerPivot.
• Experience with planning tools like OneStream is a plus.
• Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented work style.
• Strong communication and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

• Support monthly reporting and create meaningful KPI analyses for management and business teams
• Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and business planning activities
• Prepare presentations and ad-hoc analyses that help steer the business
• Improve reporting processes, data quality and financial systems together with the FP&A team

What you’ll bring

• Experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a similar Finance role
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with financial and business data
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with PowerQuery, PowerPivot or similar
• Planning tools like OneStream would be a plus
• Structured, hands‑on and solution‑oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
