A leading media company in Hamburg is looking for an entry-level position in Finance. You will join the Global Systems & Reporting team and be responsible for developing management reporting processes. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a minimum of 2 years in financial reporting, and expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI. Your Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Designing and maintaining standardised global reports using tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI.
• Supporting FP&A teams and Finance stakeholders with reporting and planning needs.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimise reporting processes.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align reporting objectives with organisational goals.
• Providing data and reporting support for acquisitions, integrations, and group‑level projects.

The Skills you will bring

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a complex, matrix organisation.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial reporting or FP&A.
• Business‑fluent English (critical), German is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and proactive approach to problem‑solving.

• Advanced Excel skills.
