Founding Product Manager – AI Agents Platform

Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior product leader in Berlin to drive B2B relationships and define the platform's future. You will own the customer development program with 4–6 strategic partners at CEO/COO level and shape the product strategy and platform build.

You will build the backlog, monitor competitors, and create new demos every two weeks, deciding which modules become standalone solutions. Fluency in German required, and a passion for AI and automation is a plus.

Requirements

• You have already taken a B2B product from zero to real traction at least once.
• Continuous Discovery, Jobs-to-be-Done, Opportunity Solution Trees: you can not only explain these discovery methods but have applied them in real releases.
• Strong communication skills in German.
• Passion for AI and automation.
