Jobtailor in Berlin seeks an experienced Product Leader to steer AI-driven product strategy and lifecycle management. You will transform input from Sales, Support, and partners into a data-driven roadmap, scale processes, and push the agent-based platform forward with cross-functional teams.

The role requires leading engineering teams, strong domain knowledge in AI systems, and fluency in German and English, with a focus on SaaS operations and rapid scale-up capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of Product Management experience in a SaaS or B2B environment with direct involvement in building AI products
• Responsible for product development across the entire lifecycle
• Experience in leading and developing product and engineering teams
• Understanding of AI-based systems, especially orchestrated and modular approaches
• Fluent German and English (business fluent)
• Knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem (online shops and marketplaces)
• Technical depth to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Experience with ML/LLM products and quality assurance
• Experience with SaaS operations: billing/subscription systems, pricing, onboarding flows
• Experience building partner and integration ecosystems
• Experience coaching and mentoring Product Owners
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapid change in a scale-up environment
