the hive in Munich is seeking a Founders Associate to work closely with the founding team, supporting key projects, operations, and strategic initiatives to drive company growth.

You will support market research, finance planning, and cross-functional initiatives, using AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate decision-making. This onsite role offers relocation assistance and a central Munich location.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a startup, consulting, VC, or business development role.
• Proven track record of automating workflows with AI tools.
• Hands-on experience in finance or investor relations.
• Fluent German (C1 or above).
• Fluent English (C1 or above).
• Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany.
• Valid EU work authorization.
