Jobbeschreibung

• Help manage the guest pipeline, including research, initial outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and maintaining the line-up list
• Support marketing and distribution operations across episode packages, Substack, YouTube, Spotify, social posts, and Reels
• Test and evaluate growth levers such as ads, collaborations, partner programs, newsletters, and CRM initiatives
• Initiate and support partnerships and sponsorships
• Document and streamline workflows in Notion
• Automate processes with AI wherever possible
• Set up and interpret weekly reporting on reach, returning users, costs, and revenue
• Identify, launch, and support new projects through to operational implementation
• Gradually assume full responsibility for a business area
• Work directly alongside the founder and host, Mario
• Initially take on tasks personally, develop processes from them, and subsequently delegate or automate them

Requirements

• Experience in startups, media, marketing, or sales, or a compelling track record from your own projects
• Strong initiative and a highly proactive approach
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics and structure them more effectively
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Strong command of language in written communication and when communicating with guests and partners
• Confident using AI tools and Notion
• Interest in trading, financial markets, and finance, including their psychological dimensions
• Openness to direct feedback
• Willingness to clearly explain and justify decisions
