Overview

Company building: Join the core team and help establish deine tuete as a leading provider of sustainable, custom-printed to-go packaging in Europe.

Customer service: Support our customers with inquiries about orders, delivery times, invoices, products and general concerns — friendly, solution-oriented and reliable.

Backoffice & administration: Support day-to-day operations, keep structures organized, coordinate internal processes and ensure tasks are completed reliably.

Accounting: Assist with preparatory accounting tasks, review documents, prepare invoices and receipts, and work closely with our tax advisor and internal contacts.

Founders Associate: Work directly with management, prepare topics, coordinate tasks, research information and help implement operational decisions more quickly.

Process development: Identify recurring problems, help design improved workflows and contribute to making our company more efficient, structured and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Company building: Help establish the company as a leading provider of sustainable, custom-printed to-go packaging in Europe.
• Customer service: Assist with customer inquiries about orders, delivery times, invoices, products and general concerns; maintain a friendly, solution-oriented attitude.
• Backoffice & administration: Support day-to-day operations, coordinate internal processes, and ensure tasks are completed reliably.
• Accounting: Assist with preparatory accounting tasks, review documents, prepare invoices and receipts, and collaborate with tax and internal teams.
• Founders Associate: Work directly with management to prepare topics, coordinate tasks, research information, and help implement operational decisions quickly.

Qualifications

• Sales experience: Initial experience in sales or a strong sales mindset if transitioning careers.
• Outgoing personality: Natural communicator who can build relationships by phone, email, or in person.
• Long-term relationship building: Ability to develop and maintain lasting customer relationships.
• Business knowledge: Degree in business administration or a comparable field with practical experience.
• Structured & independent work style: Well organized, autonomous, and able to maintain an overview in a dynamic startup environment.
• Digital affinity: Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), MS Office, and digital tools.
• Passion for the project: Resilient, reliable, with a proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for the team’s success.
• Language: German as native language.
