Meyandy LLC sucht einen Chief of Staff / Founder's Associate, der direkt mit den Gründern an strategischen Projekten arbeitet. Sie optimieren Abläufe, koordinieren Produktstarts und verbessern das Kundenerlebnis in einem wachsenden Consumer‑Unternehmen.

Sie agieren als Bindeglied zwischen Gründern und Team, übernehmen Verantwortung von Woche eins an und entwickeln Dashboards, um Geschäftsentscheidungen datenbasiert zu unterstützen.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor oder Master)
• Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und Organisationstalent
• Unternehmerische Denkweise mit Umsetzungsorientierung
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
• Erfahrung mit Excel, Notion und KI-Tools wie Claude von Vorteil

Aufgaben

• Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern bei täglichen Geschäftsherausforderungen.
• Schnittstelle zwischen Gründern und Team herstellen.
• Verantwortung übernehmen für operative Projekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.
• Prozesse in Operations, Logistik, Kundenerlebnis und Produkt verbessern.
• Produktstarts koordinieren und bereichsübergreifende Initiativen steuern.
• Mit Lieferanten, Herstellern und externen Partnern arbeiten.
• Dashboards erstellen und Geschäftsentwicklung analysieren.
• KI-Tools und Automatisierung im ganzen Unternehmen implementieren.

As our Chief of Staff / Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with the founders on the company's most important strategic and operational initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to every aspect of building and scaling a modern consumer business-from strategy and finance to product development, operations and marketing.

Aufgaben

Every week is different. One day you might optimize warehouse operations, the next you'll coordinate a product launch, improve our customer experience, implement Al tools or work with suppliers to solve production challenges. You'll become an extension of the founders and help move the business forward wherever it's needed most.

• Work directly with the founders on day-to-day business challenges.
• Be the key link between the founders and the wider team.
• Take ownership of operational projects from idea to execution.
• Improve processes across operations, logistics, customer experience and product.
• Coordinate product launches and cross-functional initiatives.
• Work with suppliers, manufacturers and external partners.
• Build dashboards and analyze business performance to support decision-making.
• Implement Al tools and automation across the organization.
• Identify bottlenecks and solve them proactively.
• Support hiring, onboarding and internal projects as the company grows.

Qualifikation

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward execution.
• You enjoy figuring things out instead of waiting for instructions.
• Comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Experience with Excel, Notion and Al tools such as Claude is a plus.
• Previous experience in startups, consulting, operations or consumer brands is a plus-but attitude matters more than your CV.
