Clera in Berlin is seeking an early-career software professional to help turn sales and deployment requests into practical internal tools and automations, using AI coding tools.

The role moves across projects, prioritizing work that unblocks the business fastest and requires clear documentation, strong prioritization, and collaboration across teams. German is a plus; fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or early-career candidate with up to two years of professional experience.
• Experience independently delivering working software with AI coding tools and automating recurring workflows through code.
• Ability to scope and ship internal tools, work across teams and stakeholders, and document solutions for others.
• Comfort working through ambiguity, strong prioritization skills, and curiosity about commercial and operational workflows.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

About the Role

Join the go-to-market and operations teams at an AI procurement software startup, turning business needs into useful internal tools and automations. This hands‑on role helps teams work more efficiently by removing manual processes and quickly delivering practical software.

What You’ll Do

• Turn requests from sales, business development, and deployment teams into shipped tools and automations.
