EWOR GmbH is seeking operators and builders to join a high-growth team in Mannheim. You will work directly with the founders to shape strategic initiatives and drive hands-on execution from research to delivery.

You will conduct market and competitive research, translate findings into clear recommendations and business cases, and help scale operations with robust processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to own projects from concept to delivery.
