Job summary

Impossible Cloud is seeking a Founder's Associate to work closely with the founders in Hamburg, delivering strategic and administrative support as the company scales. You will own critical workstreams, drive efficiency, and contribute to financial and operational planning in a fast-paced startup environment.

Fluency in German and English is required, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Ownership: Own and execute a variety of workstreams and take ownership of high-priority tasks, moving quickly and efficiently to get things done.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the founders on strategic, operational, and financial initiatives.
• Act as a multiplier: Extend the impact of the founders so they can be in three places at once.
• Stakeholder Communication:Ensure clear and effective communication with the team and with external partners, such as lawyers and notaries, ensuring important information is delivered clearly and promptly, both internally and externally.
• AI Enablement: Embrace AI, assisting with researching and implementing cutting-edge AI tools across departments to increase company-wide efficiency.
