Job summary

Impossible Cloud in Hamburg is seeking a Founder's Associate to work alongside the founders, delivering critical administrative and strategic business support in a fast-paced startup. You will own and execute workstreams, collaborate on strategic, operational and financial initiatives, and help extend leadership reach across the team and external partners.

Fluent German and English are required; a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with top marks and 1–3 years in a similar role are expected.

TL;DR: As a Founder's Associate at Impossible Cloud, you will work side-by-side with our founders, providing critical administrative and strategic business support. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Ownership: Own and execute a variety of workstreams and take ownership of high-priority tasks, moving quickly and efficiently to get things done.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the founders on strategic, operational, and financial initiatives.
• Act as a multiplier: Extend the impact of the founders so they can be in three places at once.
• Stakeholder Communication:Ensure clear and effective communication with the team and with external partners, such as lawyers and notaries, ensuring important information is delivered clearly and promptly, both internally and externally.
• AI Enablement: Embrace AI, assisting with researching and implementing cutting-edge AI tools across departments to increase company-wide efficiency.
