RxREVU, Inc. is seeking a product engineer to join our AI-powered procurement software team in Berlin. You will collaborate with procurement teams to understand workflows and improve AI agent performance from concept to production.

You’ll ship features, integrations, and adapters across APIs and frontend apps, and iterate based on real user behavior. Hybrid role based in Berlin with visits to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production experience with TypeScript or Python.
• Strong APIs, SQL, and relational databases fundamentals.
• Experience building/ship production APIs; investigate logs, traces, or conversations.
• Iterate software based on direct user behavior observations.
• Background in enterprise integrations, LLM apps, or AI-powered features.
• Familiarity with React/Next.js is a plus.
• Strong communication and interest in procurement workflows.

About the Role

Join a product engineering team building AI-powered procurement software for enterprise customers. You will work closely with procurement teams to understand their workflows, improve AI agent performance, and deliver solutions that create practical value.

What You'll Do

• Work with procurement teams to understand their workflows, decisions, and challenges, then turn broad requests into clear problems to solve.
• Review customer conversations and system traces to identify where AI agents succeed, fail, or stall.
• Improve agent behavior by refining prompts, context, and tool use, and help turn recurring failures into evaluation cases.
• Build product features, customer-specific adapters, and integrations that connect enterprise systems and data.
• Work across APIs and frontend applications to take solutions from initial idea through production.
• Support rollouts, observe real user behavior, and iterate on shipped software based on what you learn.
• Bring recurring customer needs into shared product and platform improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Experience shipping software for real users, with production experience in TypeScript or Python; around 2 or more years of relevant experience is suitable.
• Strong full-stack or backend foundations, including APIs, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience building and shipping production APIs and investigating system behavior through logs, traces, or conversation histories.
• Experience iterating on software based on direct observation of real user behavior.
• Background in enterprise integrations, LLM applications, AI-powered features, or technical customer work.
• Familiarity with React, Next.js, or other frontend frameworks is useful.
• Strong communication skills and interest in learning about procurement workflows and supplier relationships.

Location

Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany, with regular travel to customer sites.
