Job summary

Align daily inbound activities with demand, shift planning, staffing levels, workstation availability, and WMS/WCS priorities. You will be the first contact for deviations and bottlenecks, driving improvements with the Control Center and teams.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in logistics or related field or equivalent warehouse experience.
• Ability to read material-flow data, dashboards, and KPIs to spot issues.
• Excellent communication with shift leads, Control Center, and tech support.
• Good English skills; language support available to reach level.

Job description

As Flow Manager Inbound, you are the real-time link between the warehouse floor and the Control Center. You keep inbound material flows stable, transparent, and demand-driven by connecting people, systems, and quick operational decisions in our new high-tech fulfillment center. You will help shape our inbound operations from day one.

Steer inbound material flows in real time, from goods receipt through to putaway, to ensure stable throughput and reliable lead times

Align daily inbound activities with demand, shift planning, staffing levels, workstation availability, WMS/WCS priorities, and system capacity

Coordinate the opening, allocation, and use of workstations on the warehouse floor according to operational priorities

Act as the first point of contact for process deviations, material jams, bottlenecks, and operational obstacles in inbound operations

Communicate operational updates clearly to the stakeholders, escalating unresolved issues when required

Identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvements to inbound processes together with the Control Center and operational teams
