Job summary

Knuspr in Germany seeks a Flow Lead / Central Flow Lead to orchestrate labor allocation across our Fulfillment Centers. From a central control tower, you’ll monitor real-time performance, allocate workforce, and coordinate with on-site teams to keep every site running at peak efficiency.

Your mission: turn live data into immediate actions, balance labor across sectors, and drive KPIs to ensure on-time order processing and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, operational planning, supply chain, e-commerce or fulfillment.
• Strong data-driven decision making under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with real-time dashboards and labor allocation tools.

Responsibilities

• Control real-time flow by directing automated labor across sectors via central tools.
• Balance capacity and adjust shift plans in response to order volumes.
• Track KPIs like CPT, SLAs, idle time and sector efficiency, acting on bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and shop floor teams to implement adjustments.

At Knuspr, we’re redefining grocery shopping. Delivering fresh, local produce and everyday essentials to thousands of customers daily requires an ultra-efficient operational backbone.

As Flow Lead / Central Flow Lead, you will serve as the central command point for labor allocation and operational flow across our Fulfillment Centers in Germany. Operating from your desk, you will monitor real-time operational performance, dynamically allocate workforce capacity, and coordinate with on-site teams to keep every site running at peak efficiency.

Your mission is simple: turn live data into immediate action. By anticipating bottlenecks, balancing labor across sectors, and keeping operations aligned, you’ll ensure every order is processed seamlessly and delivered on time.

What you’ll do

• Control the flow: Monitor real-time dashboards and direct automated labor flow by assigning team members across individual sectors through central control tools.

• Balance capacity dynamically: Adjust workforce distribution and shift plans on the fly in response to fluctuating order volumes and site priorities.

• Drive operational KPIs: Track CPT (Critical Pull Time), SLAs, idle time, and sector efficiency—identifying bottlenecks early and executing timely interventions.

• Keep teams aligned: Partner closely with Area Managers, Operations Managers, and on-site shop floor teams to execute adjustments and maintain consistent operational standards.

• Optimize continuously: Analyze shift performance, identify recurring process gaps, review SOP compliance with site teams, and contribute feedback for next-generation labor management tools.

What we are looking for

• Relevant operational background: Experience in dispatch, logistics, operational planning, supply chain, e-commerce, or fulfillment (experience with automated warehouses or labor scheduling is a plus).

• Control-tower mindset: Strong ability to connect the dots across complex, fast-paced operations and make confident, data-driven decisions under pressure.

• Tech confidence: Comfortable steering operations using real-time dashboards, WMS platforms, and automated labor allocation tools.

• Strong language & communication skills: Very good English for daily operations and reporting, combined with strong Romanian language skills for direct, clear coordination with shop floor teams.

• Shift availability: Willingness to work in a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday.

• Structured & proactive approach: A problem-solver who anticipates disruptions rather than just reacting to them.
