Flight Administrator / Handling Agent / Ramp Agent (m/w/d) - Munich (full-time / part-time)

Responsibilities:

• Handling of private and business flights at the counter and on the ramp
• Processing handling requests in the handling system
• Applying airport slots, providing flight-related documents (NOTAMs, weather reports)
• Total organization, coordination, and billing as part of flight preparation
• Handling according to individual customer requirements and coordination of various services
• Transport of passengers and crews to the apron
• Assistance with baggage handling

Profile:

• Several years of professional experience in aviation are advantageous
• Service orientated work style, teamwork, and high resilience, especially in stressful situations needed
• Experience in dealing with customers
• Good to very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work flexible in shifts
• Class B driver's license required, confident driving skills
• Very good MS Office skills
• Clean criminal record

Desirable:

• Completed vocational training, preferably in a tourism service company (aviation, hotel, travel agency) is desirable
• Preferably valid security clearance, airport ID, and apron driver's license
