Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Quartals- und Jahresabschlussberichte für deutsche Gesellschaften erstellen und prüfen.
- Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse koordinieren.
- Intercompany-Abstimmungen, IFRS-Berichterstattung und Management Reporting unterstützen.
- Capex- und Refurbishment-Projekte überwachen und Budgetabweichungen identifizieren.

Are you an ACCA-qualified finance professional looking for your next challenge? Join our team and take on a key role in financial reporting, investment and transaction analysis, as well as monitoring Capex and refurbishment projects across our hotel portfolio.

- Support quarterly and annual financial reporting for German entities
- Prepare and review reporting packages under IFRS, management reporting, and HGB / German GAAP
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Analyse financial results, variances, and key movements versus budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Support reconciliations between local statutory accounts, IFRS reporting, and management reporting
- Coordinate financial reporting inputs between the German head office and finance teams in another country
- Monitor intercompany balances, reporting consistency, allocations, and financial flows between Germany and other jurisdictions
- Support internal controls, reporting discipline, and documentation of key financial processes
- Monitor refurbishment, renovation and capital expenditure projects across the hotel portfolio
- Track actual project costs against approved budgets and identify variances
- Follow project progress against approved timelines and milestones
- Review project spent against financing agreements, purchase agreements and approved business plans
- Monitor contractor claims, budget overruns, scope changes and key project risks
- Coordinate with project managers, banks, asset managers, hotel operations and external advisors
- Prepare recommendations and escalation points where corrective action is required
- BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field
- ACCA qualification
- Knowledge of IFRS and HGB / German GAAP reporting requirements
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to challenge assumptions and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- German and English Language skills (at least C1)
