We are a medium-sized company in the field of trade and industrial technology and are looking for a committed and ambitious colleague for our accounting department (m/f/d) full-time for our Bergisch Gladbach location as soon as possible. This position can also be filled by zwo part-time employees.

Your main areas of expertise:

• Primary responsibility for accounts payable (Checking and posting incoming invoices; central regulatory support; payment management; Complaint Management)
• Primary responsibility for general ledger accounting (Account reconciliation; banking management; Liquidity control; Annual Financial Statements)
• Responsibility and handling of the complete financial accounting (on behalf of the company)
• Knowledge of payroll accounting, ideally with the program: DATEV
• Controlling Management
• General Administrative Tasks
• Interesting assistant tasks for HR management
• Visit Management

This is what you bring to the table:

• A successfully completed apprenticeship as a financial accountant, alternatively an apprenticeship as a tax clerk
• Experience in the accounting department of a medium-sized company
• Good knowledge of MS Office and DATEV applications
• An open-minded manner, enjoyment of working with numbers, team spirit and a healthy dose of humor
• Enjoy communicating with colleagues, customers and suppliers via different media (telephone, video, etc.)
