Job summary

ZIMMERMANN PV-Steel Group sucht eine/n Accountant (m/w/d) zur eigenständigen Betreuung der Buchführung und zur Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen. Sie unterstützen bei steuerlichen Fragestellungen und arbeiten eng mit Steuerberatern sowie Behörden zusammen.

Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, ideal mit HGB-Kenntnissen. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und mobiles Arbeiten bis 20% werden geboten; ein betriebliches Pensions- und

Qualifications

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium bevorzugt.
• Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung und Abschlussarbeiten (HGB) wünschenswert.
• Kenntnisse im externen Reporting von Auslandsgeschäften vorteilhaft.
• Selbstständige, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Responsibilities

• Eigenständige Buchführung sicherstellen und pflegen.
• Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse vorbereiten.
• Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Belangen und Berichten.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern und Behörden.
• Beleg- und Rechnungsein- sowie -ausgänge buchen.

Your tasks:

• Independently managing and maintaining the accounts
• Preparing quarterly and annual financial statements
• Assisting with the review of tax-related matters
• Providing support with reporting and the preparation of reports
• Working closely with tax advisers and the authorities
• Assisting with the entry and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Internal and external account reconciliation
• Reconciliation activities within group companies
• Compiling and submitting statistical returns

What we expect from you:

• Commercial apprenticeship followed by further training leading to qualification as an accountant
• Or a degree in business administration, possibly with some initial experience in accounting
• Knowledge of the Deutsche Bundesbank’s reporting requirements in the field of foreign trade would be an advantage
• Experience in accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) would be desirable
• An independent, conscientious and solution-oriented approach to work
