kollex — немецкий стартап в Берлине, который соединяет сеть общественного питания и поставщиков через цифровую платформу. Ваша задача — возглавлять финансы, управление денежными потоками и бухгалтерский учет в быстрорастущей компании.

Вам предстоит планирование, бюджетирование, прогнозирование и подготовка управленческих и годовых отчетов в тесном сотрудничестве с аудитором и налоговым консультантом. Гибридный формат работы и развитие сотрудников входят в пакет условий.

Competenze

Описание:

kollex is a Berlin-based foodtech startup that connects food-service businesses with suppliers through a digital ordering platform. The platform helps coordinate orders and makes purchasing simpler, more efficient, and more sustainable.

Задачи:

• Lead accounts payable and receivable and coordinate external service providers
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
• Handle sales controlling and prepare revenue forecasts
• Contribute to monthly and annual financial statements under HGB and coordinate with the tax advisor
• Serve as the primary contact for auditors during the annual audit, answer technical questions, and provide the required documents
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
• Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for the advisory board and shareholders
• Apply for funding, such as the research allowance, and handle related reporting
• Continuously develop internal finance processes
• Support management with strategic and operational decisions

Требования:

• Degree in business administration or a comparable field, specializing in finance, controlling, or accounting
• At least 2 years of professional experience in finance or controlling
• Experience building financial models
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with DATEV Unternehmen online, common CRM tools, and tools for invoice creation and processing
