Zusammenfassung

Phlair is solving humanity's biggest challenge with breakthrough electrochemical Direct Air Capture. This is a finance-led role focused on owning Corporate Finance, financial planning, and modeling to enable rapid growth.

You will explore debt financing and support with equity fundraising and investor relations. This onsite role is based in Ismaning, Germany, with relocation support to Munich and direct access to our CEO, CTO, and CSO.

Qualifikationen

• Non-negotiable: STEM with experience in finance or business in a technical environment.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience; PE, top-tier consulting, or fast-paced startup exposure is a plus.

Your Mission at Phlair

Own Finance end-to-end.

• Own Corporate Finance, i.e. oversee accounting, own financial planning (Financial Model, Corporate Model)

• Take over more strategic and project related topics, gradually take over ownership on Techno-Economic-Model and Project Model

• Explore debt financing and support with equity fundraising and investor relations

What You Bring to the Team

Non-negotiable:

• STEM with experience in finance or business with experience in technical environment

• Minimum of 2 years working experience; prior exposure to PE, top-tier consulting, or a fast-paced startup setting is a strong plus.
