Zusammenfassung

SHINING 3D Latam sucht eine engagierte Mitarbeiterin bzw. einen Mitarbeiter für das Finanzteam am Standort Stuttgart. Sie unterstützen die täglichen Finanzprozesse, bereiten Berichte vor und arbeiten eng mit externen Beratern zusammen.

Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind erforderlich. Sie studieren Finanzwesen/Buchhaltung oder haben es kürzlich abgeschlossen, arbeiten selbstständig und im Team und bringen Grundkenntnisse in ERP-Systemen sowie Excel mit.

Qualifikationen

• Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium in Finanzen/Buchhaltung oder verwandtem Bereich.
• Grundkenntnisse der Buchhaltungsprinzipien und der Finanzberichterstattung.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und Kenntnisse von ERP-Systemen.
• Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.
• Proaktiv, selbstständig und teamfähig.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der täglichen Finanzoperationen im Stuttgart-Büro (Kreditoren-/Debitorenbuchhaltung, Spesenbearbeitung, Kontenabstimmung).
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung monatlicher Finanzberichte und Budgetplanung.
• Unterstützung bei Steuervorschriften und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Buchhaltern/Steuerberatern.
• Unterstützung bei Prüfungen und Bereitstellung erforderlicher Unterlagen.
• Führung genauer Aufzeichnungen und Dateneingabe in ERP-Systeme.
• Unterstützung bei Cashflow-Prognosen und Working Capital-Management.
• Unterstützung bei funktionsübergreifenden Projekten und ad-hoc Analysen.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English and German.
