You will monitor product costs, inventory movements, and expense allocations while collaborating with production, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operational tracking.
• Experience in factory/industrial environments is a plus.
• Strong excel skills and ERP/accounting software familiarity.

We are looking for a motivated Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in Germany. In this operational role, you will focus on day-to-day financial tracking, operational accounting tasks, and supporting smooth coordination across finance and plant/business operations.

You will be responsible for keeping accurate tracking records, monitoring cost and inventory flows, and working closely with departments such as production, procurement, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely and reliable operational data.

Responsibilities

• Financial Tracking & Operations: Track day-to-day operational transactions, product costs, inventory movements, and expense allocations.
• Data Reconciliation: Support the reconciliation of current accounts, bank records, fixed assets, and stock movements to ensure alignment with operational records.
• Departmental Support: Work closely with production, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to facilitate smooth information flow.
• Cost & Variance Tracking: Assist in routine cost tracking, standard vs. actual cost monitoring, and gathering input for management reports.
• Reporting Assistance: Support the team in preparing monthly operational tables, cost analyses, and basic financial documentation.
• Process Support: Contribute to basic process improvement tasks within the finance and ERP systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operational financial tracking.
• Industry Background: Experience in a factory, production facility, or industrial plant environment is a strong advantage.
• Operational Focus: Strong orientation toward operational follow-ups, precise tracking, and control processes.
• Software Skills: Good command of MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP systems or accounting software is required.
• Communication: Team player with strong interdepartmental communication skills.
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, proactive attitude toward tracking tasks, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Germany.
