TFE Hotels is seeking a Finance Business Partner to oversee a diverse portfolio of hotels, developing and refining budgets and forecasts to optimize performance. You will provide timely financial and management reports and act as a sparring partner to general managers, delivering insights on revenue growth, cost optimization, and strategic investments.

Qualifikationen

In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of hotels, playing a key role in developing and refining hotel budgets and forecasts. Your primary objective will be to optimize hotel performance while ensuring timely and accurate financial and management reports. Serving as a sparring partner to our general managers and hotel teams, you will provide valuable insights on revenue growth, cost optimization, and strategic investments. Additionally, you will support initiatives to drive digital transformation and streamline processes within the finance department, serving as the primary point of contact for finance-related inquiries from hotel employees”.

Your Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in the same field of work
• Strong hands‑on mentality, a positive mindset, and a proactive work approach
• Excellent communication skills and expertise in stakeholder management
• Location: Germany-wide, in any city where we operate a hotel; work must be performed on‑site from the hotel
• Languages: English (mandatory), German (optional)
