Job summary

Adina Apartment Hotels is seeking a Finance Business Partner to oversee hotel budgeting and forecasting, partnering with general managers and hotel teams to optimize revenue growth and costs. You will drive financial reporting, support strategic investments, and lead digital transformation within the finance function.

This on-site role is Germany-wide, requiring presence at hotels across our portfolio. A strong finance background and excellent stakeholder management are essential for success in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance.
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in the same field of work.
• Strong hands-on mentality, a positive mindset, and a proactive work approach.
• Excellent communication skills and expertise in stakeholder management.
• Location: Germany-wide, on-site from the hotel in any operating city.

Responsibilities

Serving as a sparring partner to our general managers and hotel teams, you will provide valuable insights on revenue growth, cost optimization, and strategic investments. Additionally, you will support initiatives to drive digital transformation and streamline processes within the finance department, serving as the primary point of contact for finance-related inquiries from hotel employees”

Your Qualification
